Return & Cancellation Policy

Important terms regarding returns, delivery inspections, and order cancellations for Anjani Water and Bailley water sales in Vadodara.

Goods once sold and delivered will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.

1. Goods Once Sold Policy

Packaged drinking water is a consumable food and beverage product governed by strict health, hygiene, and safety guidelines set by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Once sealed water bottles and cartons have been dispatched and accepted at the customer's delivery premises, event venue, or warehouse, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked. This policy ensures that every customer receives 100% genuine, uncompromised, and contamination-free drinking water.

2. Delivery Inspection & Verification

Customers, event organizers, caterers, and venue managers are requested to inspect the delivered cartons, verify the bottle count, and ensure packaging integrity at the time of unloading before signing the delivery challan or completing payment. Any transit damage or quantity discrepancies must be reported immediately to our delivery personnel at the time of delivery or directly to our sales desk at +91 99259 97750.

3. Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch

For standard bulk water orders (Anjani 200ml, Bailley, Bisleri, Clear), requests for cancellation or quantity alterations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled dispatch time by calling +91 99259 97750. Once delivery vehicles have been loaded and dispatched from our Vadodara facility, orders cannot be cancelled or recalled.

4. Customized Branded Bottles

Orders for personalized water bottles with customized wedding labels, monograms, or corporate branding are bespoke productions manufactured upon final client approval of the digital artwork proof. Custom-branded orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once printing or label application has begun.
